Eligibility
- Open to any legitimate business, local or national, with a valid business name and active operations.
- One entry per business. Duplicate entries will be disqualified.

How to Enter
To be considered, participants must complete all four of the following steps by February 28, 2025 at 11:59 PM EST:

1. Like the official giveaway post
2. Share the official giveaway post
3. Follow the New Southern Solutions page
4. Complete the entry form with your business details

Winner Selection

The winner will be announced publicly on March 1, 2025.
The selected winner will be contacted directly. If the winner does not respond within 7 business days of notification, a new winner may be selected.

What's Included

Custom-designed 3–5 page website built by New Southern Solutions
1 year of website maintenance at no cost (beginning from the date the site goes live)

What's NOT Included

Web hosting — Required at a cost of $35/month, billed Annually. Hosting must remain active for the website to function.
Domain name — The winner must provide or purchase their own domain name if they do not already own one.
Ongoing maintenance beyond Year 1 — Maintenance after the included first year will be available at standard rates.
Additional pages, features, or functionality beyond the agreed-upon 3–5 page scope.

General Conditions

New Southern Solutions reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the giveaway at any time and for any reason.
By entering, participants agree to allow New Southern Solutions to use their business name and likeness for promotional purposes related to this giveaway.
The website project will begin after the winner has secured active hosting and a domain name.
New Southern Solutions will work with the winner to determine the final scope and design of the website. Reasonable revisions will be included; excessive scope changes may fall outside the giveaway offer.
The prize is non-transferable and holds no cash value.

Event FAQ

Is this really free?

Yes! The website design and build (3–5 pages) plus one full year of maintenance are completely free. The only costs to you are web hosting ($35/month) and a domain name if you don't already have one.

What does the $35/month hosting cover?

Hosting is what keeps your website live and accessible on the internet. It covers server space, security, uptime, and performance. It's a requirement for any website to function.

What if I already have a domain name?

Great — you're all set! Just let us know your existing domain and we'll build your new site on it.

What if I don't have a domain name?

No problem. We can help you purchase and set one up. Domain names typically cost around $10–$20/year depending on the extension.

Can I enter if my business is outside of Southwest Florida?

Absolutely. This giveaway is open to businesses both locally and nationally.

What happens after the first year of free maintenance?

After your included year of maintenance ends, you can continue maintenance services with us at our standard rates — or manage the site on your own. Either way, the website is yours to keep.
